ooo00By commissioning me, you agree to follow my Terms of Service.Failure to do so will result in your ownership of the work being revoked and any ongoing contracts terminated.1. Stripe/Ko-fi only (unless agreed upon otherwise). All prices are in £GBP.2. By commissioning me, you agree that you are aware that you are purchasing a digital file, not a physical item.3. Commissions usually take between 2-6 weeks, depending on commission type, complexity and schedule. Rush deliveries will incur an extra fee of 25% of the base price.4. I reserve the right to decline/cancel commission requests at any time.5. Commissions are for personal use only, unless stated/agreed upon otherwise. Please be completely transparent about your usage of the work. Failure to do so will classify as a breach of ToS.6. Full refunds will only be issued if the work has not yet been started. I will not refund completed work.NOTE: Partial refunds can only be issued if I have not completed the work. The amount for these is dependent on how much of the work has already been completed. By commissioning me, you agree not to request a chargeback before we have discussed it.7. Please do not sell or redistribute the art for profit unless a commercial agreement has been made. Commercial/merchandising licences are +200% of base price.8. If you wish to resell, please contact me first. Using my work for NFTs or AI generation is strictly prohibited, regardless of personal or commercial licence.9. If sharing on other sites, please give proper credit to me, and do not claim the art as your own. You may not edit the artwork without my prior permission.10. I reserve the right to share and stream commission work on my SNS.
